What are timings of the Class?

Generally, the classes are held between 2pm – 6 pm.
Classes are normally conducted on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Are written recipe notes provided?

Yes. All participants get a copy of the detailed written notes for their records.

Do we get a hands-on learning experience in the class?

No. All the preparations are demonstrated. However all the necessary details and finer nuances are explained to one and all. Every effort is made to ensure that everyone understands the recipes thoroughly.

What if I have a query anytime afterwards?

Queries and doubts are invariably resolved even long after you have done the class. You may ask them without any hesitation over the phone. Every effort
shall be made to clarify your queries & doubts. Aim is to make you perfect and confident.

Do we get to taste the preparations in the Class?

Yes. All preparations are offered for tasting for the participants. Some preparations (samples) are also given for takeaway.

Do I need to bring anything / any material to the class?

You do not have to bring anything to the class. Writing pads and pens will be provided in the class. Tea & snacks will be provided.
